This project involved a complete rehabilitation of a small residence that had not been updated for 30 years.
All flooring, wall surfaces, cabinetry, lighting, doors, trim and molding were reconsidered and replaced. Zeitgeist's involvement continued throughout fixture and furniture selections, window coverings, etc.
This project is a testament to how with a small investment one can really update and improve one's single most valuable asset. We enjoy the challenge of creating a big impact with a modest budget.
